The Power of a Miracle Balloon: Noah's Story

Stephanie couldn’t wait for the arrival of her baby boy. She had an easy pregnancy and every appointment delivered positive news about her growing bundle of joy. The happiness turned to fear when her baby Noah was born with a portion of his intestines sticking out.

The day after his birth, Noah was transported to Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC. Noah underwent a series of surgeries to repair his intestine, he had a colostomy bag, was treated for a heart murmur and remained in intensive care for nearly 2 months. Today he is a healthy, happy 4 month old.

The Rite Aid campaign is near and dear to Stephanie and Noah’s hearts. Not only did Noah receive care at a Children’s Miracle Network Hospital, but mom is a manager at a Rite Aid in Erie, PA raising funds for Saint Vincent Hospital.

Purchase a Miracle Balloon at Rite Aid now through May 6 to help kids like Noah.
